Tabitha has always been fascinated by the human body, and its’ ability to cope with the demands that we put it through each day. As an individual that has always been highly active, in various outdoor activities, sports, and yoga, Tabitha has taken a key interest in how to help the body perform at its best, and remain pain free. This translates into preventative care and maintenance, treating dysfunction and symptoms that might occur, and providing aid during rehabilitory stages. Tabitha is also a great believer in empowering her clients to learn about how their bodies are functioning, and what actions they can take to keep it performing at its best.

Tabitha is a qualified Myotherapist, having completed her studies in an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology. She has gained a wide variety of experience through working with Hands on Health in both India and Melbourne, the Australian College of Basketball, The National Institute of Circus Arts, AFL drafts camps, and Iron Man Asia-Pacific Championship.
